Must see this film

Sitting in the cinema I am sure that I expected to see such a charming and funny film. The lead characters have excellent comic timing and the story is wonderful.
Romain Duris is charismatic and really perfect for this role.
If anyone ever doubts the french have a sense of humour please watch this movie. It really has everything - great cast, good story, wonderful scenery, romance. My positive is that I enjoyed this film so much I forgot about the subtitles. Three hours after seeing the film I was still recalling scenes and laughing about them.
My only negative comment is why is the Brit made out to be boring and a poor marriage choice?- Was this review helpful to you?

By lele_poco (46 reviews) from Croydon , 11 Feb 2012Sadly Ive seen too many Hollywood rom coms that follow the same formula to find 'heartbreaker' interesting. The film felt really dated, like an American film I might have watched from the 90s
But Vanessa was sweet and if youre not expecting anything- you wont be disappointed.
Vanessa looks the same as she did in 'girl on the bridge', she is as beautiful and chic as ever.- Was this review helpful to you?

Beware its in french
By a customer , 03 Feb 2012Another wasted credit... there was nothing in the description to state that this film was in french with english subtitles. I turned it off after about 5 mins as I did not want to spend an afternoon watching subtitles. I am very disappointed and thinking of cancelling my subscription as this is not the first time I have been sent a non english language film. Please love film make it clearer on the desc or when placed on a rental list.- Was this review helpful to you?

OMG! French Richard Curtis...

So Bad it's Good, and perfect scenery for this time of year (Jan/Feb)...

oh you heartbreaker

First surprise was that it was in French and subtitled, I adore the french language so was hooked straight away. I loved the story, the angst, the chases, the air con gone mad in her room, the nympho friend, the husband and wife team were funny together, and the lead chap was rather nice to look at and made me laugh alot. Nice and refreshing - watch it with your other half
