Rent this NOW! An all time classicBy Andrew Parkin from Croydon, England , 29 Mar 2004
[Highly rated reviewer]A must see film. Brilliantly written, acted and directed. Both funny and touching. One of the best films ever made. Get it, Get it, Get it, Get it!

Heaven Can WaitBy a customer from Glasgow , 24 Jan 2009One of my favourite feel-good films, all round good acting, fun and a tad of sentiment also. Dyan Cannon is brilliant as the frenetic-neurotic wife and Warren Beattie's simple acceptance of his 'temporary' character and what goes with it - butlers and all - is comical and perfect. Good stuff for all except very young kids.
classicBy a customer from Salisbury , 27 Jul 2008Being the original 1970s version, this is quite dated but that does add to its charm and innocence. Only disappointment is that you don't get to see what the Millionaire really looks like (unlike in the remake). That would have been better, especially to enable the audience to visualise the sight of what is meant to be the elderly and unfit Millionaire on the pitch. Chilled out enjoyment, perfect for Sunday afternoon viewing.
Good; Not Aged WellBy CashOnTheNail (130 reviews) from Manchester , 13 Mar 2008Quarter-back Warren Beaty [Parallax View, The] is spared the pain of death by rookie heavenly-messenger Buck Henry [Graduate, The]. The mistake is discovered too late so James Mason [Georgy Girl] takes charge offering Warren a host of soon-to-be-available bodies. Before Warren can refuse that of a ruthless industrialist he listens to Julie Christie [Demon Seed] request to correct a terrible injustice
enjoyableBy a customer from Wales , 08 Dec 2006A funny movie giving a quirky picture of life after death, and its ups and downs, in a very fun manner
