the first hellsing series was cool this new has lost all of the that. Alucard has lost his smooth edge and his whit and the police girl is a walking pus*y who kisses his ass all the time. They tell you too much too start with as the first series kept you in the dark about most of it.I know this is a new and different series but come on if you wanna see that smoothness see the original series.
Ok where do I begin, well... first of all Hellsing ultimate is alot shorter than the original, as 3 30min episodes were packed into 50mins. The story chops from scene to scene but still has all relevant storyline information and all the loveable violence. I never cared much for Seras (police girl) in the original and I still dont after watching Ultimate, but the very cool Alucard is definatly more moral and serious in this series and definitly less fun. Hellsing Ultimate is a good series and worth a rent, but I still prefer the original series.
