This frothy romantic confection was made for American TV, set in England and filmed in Ireland, though that's hardly likely to bother Barbara Taylor Bradford's legion of fans. Melissa Gilbert exchanges Little House on the Prairie for a string of luxury hotels, playing a wealthy woman who's seeking the truth about her traumatic past. Jean Simmons leads a distinguished supporting cast in a soapy melodrama that won't disappoint fans of the novel.

Nice colours and backgrounds. We liked the very beginning, but gave up fairly shortly afterwards. Too predictable.
