Good camp disney funBy Kristofus (7 reviews) from Rugby , 29 May 2011If you liked the first one then you'll like this second serving from the High School Musical cast. Brand new numbers, similar theme of friendship and love overcoming adversity and executed with the usual Disney aplomb. Good performances from Zac Efron and Vanessa Ann Hudgens.
The film gives all the primary cast members a chance to shine and even a few of the smaller parts from the first film get extended roles this time round.
Unlike the first film the numbers aren't as catchy but still enjoyable. This isn't a plot with crazy twists and OMGs but it is great camp fun for all the family to enjoy and works on levels for children and adults like most Disney fare.
Another musicalBy a customer from Bournemouth , 14 Aug 2010Well, what can I say one would have thought that Number 1 would be the best, with 2 and 3 lagging behind -
To me this is the other way around. I found HSM 3 was better than HSM 2 and HSM 1, yet HSM 1 was better than HSM 2. HSM 2 did not figure at all, confusing storyline and plot, but music was good.
If I'm honest I found HSM 3 was by far the best, but what may ruin this series is the fact that the HSM team are in part coming back in number 4, but without Troy and Gabriella, not quite sure how the viewing public will rate this one, but we will wait and see, lets hope its not ruined along with the excellent actors/dancers by overkill - you know much, too often.
Still it was enjoyable.
Really cheesy but really goodBy a customer from Great Malvern , 10 May 2010It's a really cheesy film but i really enjoyed it. Definitely one for people who love a good laugh and watching musicals!
fun and sweetBy a customer from london , 23 Mar 2010It's not as good as the first part but it is still fun to watch, specially for the children and teenagers.
