Classic American 80's

Typical american high school movie of the 80s. Some scenes really make me cringe, but there are a couple of funny characters like Archie and Chuckie; these two crack me up. There is some really bad acting too, and really funny to see Anthony Edwards being a preppy high school kid.

Dreadful sanitised 'Porky's' hijinks as high school student Fox sets his eyes on schooljock Edwards' girlfriend. A witless script, appalling acting and even worse direction contrive to make this a thoroughly painful experience.

Cute early Michael J Fox. Very young but showing signs of great promise. Every young actor who was in any soap or sit com seems to be in this film. a nice bit of fluff to while away a rainy day. Not one of your great classics but if you like Michael J then I guess it's a classic of sorts.

This is a TV movie from 1983 starring a very young looking Michael J.Fox -

It's your typical 80's high school movie, complete with jocks, geeks and the loser coming out of top, its worth renting for a bit of nostalgia especially as George Mcfly from the back to the Future trilogy is also in this film as Michael J.fox's classmate, strange to think that two years later he becams his father in the trilogy..

There are some funny moments in this film and if you liked Fast Times at Ridgemont High then you will probably like this too....look out for a certain ER cast member in this film too.
