Hollow Man was an interesting, if not effects heavy thriller with some nice touches. This pointless sequel has a lower budget and a lower star quality. To be brutally honest this is not worth the time and effort to watch.
I stuck with it just because I wanted to see how bad it would get. Do yourself a favour and watch a blank TV screen instead. You will get as much entertainment from that.
The fact that this is a straight to video sequel six years after the original says it all really. The low budget also means that the innovative cg fx that made the original such a visual treat cannot be repeated. Instead Hollow Man 2 relies on in camera fx which can't paper over the boring plot & dull characters.
