very infomative

i found this disc helped me a lot to work on my dodgy leg! i did the recommended excercises and at first thought it was wrong because it hurt worse. but after a visit to a phsiopherapist he gave me the excercises that the dvd recommended. so i could have saved £30!- Was this review helpful to you?

By a customer , 13 Nov 2012Some astonishing wrong and far too simplistic information provided on this DVD - and as an aside - if you do have any of the pains mentioned in your foot - my advice should be to see a podiatrist - a professional never even mentioned in this rubbish DVD -- Was this review helpful to you?
