The United States may have qualified for a couple of World Cups now, but Hollywood still hasn't got the hang of football (or soccer, as they insist on calling it). Having himself already dropped down several divisions, Steve Guttenberg is not the man to rectify the situation and, consequently, this family-oriented frolic is decidedly minor league. As an ex-pro with gambling problems, Guttenberg is sentenced to community service at a tough children's home, where the powers that be think that footie might be the best way to improve team spirit. It's 11-a-side Bad News Bears and that's bad news, indeed.
