These DVDs evoke perfectly the mood and atmosphere of the Ireland of the 70's. Some wonderful live footage shows that Horslips could rock 'n' roll with the best of them. They did some great shows at the old Atlantic ballroom in Tramore in the early 70's which I will never forget. Well worth renting/buying.

You don't need to be a Horslips fan (as I am!) to enjoy this DVD, as it carries a fascinating history of Irish culture & society, & the music business, from the 1970s on, including the Troubles in the North of Ireland where Horslips played often. Besides that, the Celtic-glam rock fashions they wear onstage are amazing! There's a wide range of people with interesting comments on the music & the times.

Great to see the boys again

Wow this takes me back. Loved it. Never expected to be able to see Horslips on a rental list. I am impressed that LOVEFilm stock such a wide range
