    Animated hit Horton Hears A Who! has spent its second week at the top of the US box office chart, according to new figures from Nielsen. The film, which is from the same production company behind Ice Age and Robots, raked in over $24 million (£11.9 million) in its sophomore week to bring its total box office since its release to more than $86 million - the highest in the top ten.     Animated film Dr Seuss' Horton Hears a Who! has been tipped to take the spring box office by storm and rake in between $40 million (£19.7 million) and $50 million on its opening weekend, according to reports in the US. The Hollywood Reporter says distributor Fox has lined up 4,000 screens in the US for the film, which stars Jim Carrey and Steve Carell of the American version of The Office.     Gambling drama 21 has knocked animated hit Horton Hears A Who! from the top spot at the US box office, according to the latest figures from Nielsen. The film, which stars Kevin Spacey, Laurence Fishburne and Kate Bosworth, is based on the true story of six MIT students who took several Las Vegas casinos to the cleaners after studying card counting techniques.
