Hot Tamale

A small sleepy town in Wyoming is just no place for a young man with dreams of playing the timbale drums in a salsa band. Seizing his destiny, Harlan (Randy Spelling) packs up his car, bids the Midwest adios, and heads west to the Mecca of showbiz wannabes everywhere: Los Angeles.

A 'fish-out-of-water' in the rough Latino neighbourhood, he stays with his Puerto Rican buddy Caesar and impresses the local salsa band with his talent. However, he soon finds himself mixed up with thugs and the dangerous L.A Latino underground and must make use of his new contacts to stay alive.

    poor. tried to be quirky but just came across as irritaing. acting was low and the story was cliche. don't bother.
