Gibson at his Best! Action and slick comedy

By a customer , 26 May 2013Great film , mel gibson is awesome. i really don't understand why they changed the name from Get the Gringo to summer vacation for uk release if you Haven't watched a film or tv with some Spanish or Mexicans that say Gringo to a American you really have only watched 1 or 2 films in your lifetime and never watched US tv.. the name summer vacation put me off watching it for ages.- Was this review helpful to you?

Mel Gibson back to best!

This was an interesting film, different from the normal Mel Gibson films that we have come to love and enjoy. Get the Gringo

Now though, it feels like this movie would have been best suited to another actor, Mel Gibson seemed a bit too old and out of place for this movie. It's a bit of a crazy film, certainly not predictable but could have been better with a different lead.- Was this review helpful to you?
