Awesome

This movie was very entertaining. As i was watching it, i could relate to Art and his life. The producers of this film have captured the way many lives are lived. People who have been brought up normally will probably not enjoy this, but the weird upbringings, like mine, definitely understand this. I recommend this film to everyone i meet.- Was this review helpful to you?

(5)I adore this film
By foxygirl (20 reviews) from Cumbria , 12 Oct 2011I adore this film. It is completely hilarious but has a lot of moments where your heart bleeds for Art (keep an eye out for the 'hug' scene between Art and his mum).
Robert Pattinson is genius and the moments he shares with his 'friends' are magic. Art is a totally sweet, mixed up character and you just want to reach out and hug him (well I do anyway).
Please rent this - you will not be disappointed. Top film.- Was this review helpful to you?

How To Be
By Bidy (67 reviews) from Glasgow, Scotland , 16 Jan 2010I thought that Robert Pattinson was hilarious in his film - he must have spent ages trying to perfect his walk alone!!! I felt quite sorry for his character and I honestly hated the parents - what horrors they were too! The self help guru - he needs help himself! The 'so called' friends I didnt like them much either! The guy in the care centre - Art should have gone to him in the first place because he was the only one who helped him - fab acting and really funny too! I am SO glad I bought this film!!!!- Was this review helpful to you?

Very Good indeed.
By a customer from Orpington , 30 Nov 2009I was not expecting to like this film as much as I did - I thought it would be a bad typical English rom-com or something but it turned out to be very moody and funny - reminded me of election which I loved.
It was painful to watch at some points as I kept spotting elements of my life or my friends- but it kept me laughing as well. Wonderfully subtle and very well directed. Will definitely recommend to everyone!- Was this review helpful to you?

Great film but not for the comedy!
By Barnzey901 (6 reviews) from Loughton , 15 Aug 2009This is a great film, with a great storyline, it way truly captivating and I couldn't take my eyes of the screen. I found it more dramatic than funny, so I wouldn't consider it a comedy film, but however it was great all round and the actors all though not the most famous played their characters very well especially Rob Pattinson - the characters personalities and situations were utterly believable which made it even more interesting! Recommended!- Was this review helpful to you?
