A Return To Form After A Minor Dip.
By H0LLIE (198 reviews) from UK , 22 Jul 2010[Highly rated reviewer]
I gave series one and two 5 stars each, but found I could only give series three 4 stars. Now I feel justified in increasing that by an extra half star.
Yes Mickey is gone, and I missed him at first., but Billy is a good addition to the crew, taking us back to a similar set up to what we started with, ie, 4 profesionals and 1 amateur learning the ropes. I think this formula works well and I enjoyed watching Billy's evolution as a long-con artist. And I feel a little guilty to admit that by episode 3 I no longer missed Adrian Lester at all.
The absence of Mickey has also afforded Danny the chance to grow as a character and Mark Warren has really come into his own here.
As for the cons themselves, they're all genius, as usual, with plenty of greedy bad guys to see duped, as usual.
Episode 5 in particular is a must see, with an excellent apearance by Will Yun Lee (an extremely talented Korean-American actor) and a real moment of suspence coupled with some stella acting from Robert Glenister (Ash).
Jaime Murray (Stacie) and Robert Vaughn (Albert) continue to be superb in their respective roles, so all in all series 4 comes highly recommended.- Was this review helpful to you?

FAB - u- lous
By a customer from Dorchester , 30 May 2009Hustle is always brilliant lets be honest - this series somehow managed to pass me by on the tv but gladly I caught up.
It is different to the other series Mickey is not in them and Danny is leader - you would think this would be a disaster but it really works and some of the episodes are based in US - just brilliant!- Was this review helpful to you?

The best TV series
By dunga82 (6 reviews) from Norwich , 26 May 2009As always, Hustle never lets me down. It is always perfectly elegant and pleasant to watch. After all, a pint of cold beer and Hustle would be perfect combination for anyone after a long working day. I must admit I love this TV series. And I love Lovefilm too. THe service of Lovefilm is simply the best. If I still stay in this country, I will forever stick with Lovefilm as my renting company.- Was this review helpful to you?

Still Great
By JackMeOff (39 reviews) from Sutton , 15 May 2009First the good news : Hustle Remains a fantastic series !
However until I started watching season 4 I didn't realise how much I would miss Mickey if he wasn't around. Though they took on a new grifter I didn't feel the characters had quite the same chemistry as before, and for this reason it is (in my opinion) the weakest of the four series so far.
Nevertheless it is still absolutely brilliant, and the above is a small criticism simply because of the high standards the programme has set for itself !
Cant wait for the next series already !- Was this review helpful to you?
