    Long-suffering Seinfield star Jason Alexander gets a rare leading role in this slender but warmly played romantic comedy. He plays a shy bachelor who strikes up a friendship with smart student Nia Peeples, who unbeknown to him, sees him as perfect case study for her course. However, things get complicated when Alexander begins falling in love with her. There are nice supporting turns from Eileen Brennan, Lou Jacobi and Lainie Kazan and, while no laugh fest, it will leave you smiling.

    nice for a wet sunday afternoon

    took a while to get into, seems quite dated in it's filming but the it is almost 16 years old!!!! Very obvious outcome but takes the whole movie to get there. Not really a chick flick, just a gentle no need to think, sunday afternoon film
