Simon Pegg in a pair of tight running shorts seems to remains popular for UK cinemagoers this week, as Run, Fat Boy, Run has clung on to the number one spot. A total of five new entries debuted in the UK box office chart this week but none of them succeeded in knocking Run, Fat Boy, Run off the top spot. Negotiations are in progress for a Christmas comedy starring Vince Vaughn (Wedding Crashers, Mr And Mrs Smith, Dodgeball) as Santa Claus' loser brother, reports Variety magazine. The film is to be directed by David Dobkin (Shanghai Knights, Clay Pigeons), who worked with Vaughn on last year's comedy hit Wedding Crashers, as well as 1998's Clay Pigeons.
