what a disappointment! If you saw Closely Observed Trains, you'lll be expecting something equally subtle, engaging and moving. If you're like me and the fact that a movie is in a foreign language is of very little concern, you'll love this movie. It is wonderfully presented and guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
About the adventures of a fine-dining waiter in pre-war Prague, this movie has a good mix of spoken and visual humour that can easily overcome any language barriers. I highly recommend this film.
