I loved this film it was true to Outkast standard and was different.
I don't mean different weird but not your average American film (gangster, drugs etc).
Outkast as actotrs fantastic, the music fabulous, watch this film and be amazed I kept it for two weeks.
It's not your average musical!!
It started off well and I was impressed with the costumes and the musical touch to this film. It was easy to see from early on that this film was different, and I was waiting for it to blossom into action. However, I found it quite boring and really struggled to watch it to the end because there was nothing happening to intrigue me. Great effort with the set and period theme but definately one that I wish I'd given a miss.
I know, I know, you've seen it all before. And this being a Jerry Bruckheimer slam-bang action thriller, you have too. There will be the kind of cast that immediately inspires confidence (Denzel Washington, Val Kilmer, Jim Caviezel, Bruce Greenwood). There will be a demolition derby car chase through the streets.
