The WORST trailers to THE worst filmBy ParaMatt (6 reviews) from Nottingham , 20 Apr 2008
[Highly rated reviewer]If you think you're going to see the comedy of the century, as billed, you're SO very wrong. This horror film with gratuitous death scenes it is NOT a comedy. There's a few jokes which incite a few giggles and maybe one good laugh...it's rarely funny and there's WAY too much blood and guts for it to be called a comedy!!

A tale of redemptionBy insomniac (88 reviews) from Malvern , 02 May 2013This is a fantastic film. The beautiful city of Bruges is the backdrop to a tale of violence and revenge and comes to represent the triumph of good over evil. There is a feeling of Greek tragedy about this film, in which events move at a slow pace to their inevitable climax. The acting is superb.
A black comedy, thriller that doesn't rely on action, sets and goreBy MasterOfNone (1 review) , 26 Apr 2013This film was recommended to me by a friend, and described as a black comedy. I was apprehensive at first, as I'm not a big fan of black comedies. However, I was very pleasantly surprised, enjoyed the wit, performances are top notch. I'd recommend it if you dont mind foul language, violence and irony. It's nice when you don't expect much from a movie and it delivers more.
Not a Comedy! Black humourBy a customer , 21 Apr 2013Enjoyed it. Excellent story line, good casting. The morals of the criminals believable, the twists and turnes of the story unfolding, made it for us.
Tragic and funnyBy lillypuff (6 reviews) , 20 Apr 2013brilliant film, great performances, tragic and funny and I loved the music. The out takes are very good on the extras on dvd too.
Compelling and action / comedy packedBy JAG240 (8 reviews) , 07 Apr 2013Excellent film, a fair bit of violence which I don't usually like, but acting very good (especially Colin) and story compelling. my husband and I both enjoyed this film a lot, which is rare - and there was some great comedy in there too.
