This film is about 2 sisters, one loud, one quiet and how they get on. I didn't see this movie, but my wife felt it was an average film for people who like this kind of thing. Don't expect miracles, 'nice' to watch.

This film is not a life changer, so don't be expecting it. It's a light-hearted comedy drama about two sisters who are complete opposites. Nice to watch with your favourite pals Ben&Jerry on a friday night. Cameron Diaz as always is a delight to watch, funny, bubbly and engaging. I enjoyed the plot but felt it dragged towards the end to the usual cliche wedding blah, blah, blah. Give it a go, you MAY be suprised.

Not much comedy but not bad drama with some emotional sophistication and even poetry. The plot predictable but the dialogue is not and rescues the film. Toni Colette, and Shirley MacLaine are respectable but Cameron Diaz shines more than a little

  • More than the average chick flick

    Rated - 5.0 stars

If you're a guy it probably won't be your cup of tea but as a girl I loved it. Although it's a little predictable and goes through the same motions that many chick flicks do its got a great meaning and sentiment behind it. Definitely made me think about the people who are important in my life and also made me cry more than once. Worth a watch!

  • Chick flick with a great story

This was a great film and I loved every second of it. I would say that this film, is much of a chick flick though. It was very sad, but happy too at the end which is why I think it is more for the women to watch. Worth a watch though for all us emotional women out there!
