An interesting idea that gets you curious, but ultimately In Time just doesn't deliver.

    [Highly rated reviewer]

An original plot---that's something rare these days. And it is a good film in all departments : story, acting, action, excitement,

    characters,setting etc.

But it's the basic premise of the story that holds the key to the success of this film : its originality provides and maintains the viewers' interest from start to finish.

Plenty to entertain most age groups, an interesting futuristic scenario, good for those who like car chase pics, good for romance , action and excitement.

Recommended ----a film well worth watching

Really enjoyed this film. Gripping story, well acted, worth a watch. There are some discrepancies with the plot but this doesn't spoil the overall enjoyment.

Is it me, or have the 'baddies' in Amercian films started becoming British, with the local time zone thief from good ol' London. This is one in a long line that have some Brit doing something wrong. I thought we were supposed to be allies? Anyway, onto the film. As marked, I found it pretty average. Average acting, average dialogue, average plot. I didn't realise it was Justin Timberlake until the credits rolled and then wondered why he was in it. I thought he was supposed to be a singer......? He's an average actor in my humble opinion. As someone previously said the 'effects' were on a par with some of the B movies of the 70's, the supposed fast car that any old police car could keep up with and then the 'piece de resistance' when it went off into the flood run-off, it resembled something from the original Thunderbirds. You just expect something better and more professional. This idea could have had much better if it had a pithier dialogue, better actors and no thunderbird cars.

I really enjoyed this film, good play on the right of some to have power over the many. Kind of Robin Hood meets Logan's Run.
