Has Kristin Scott Thomas ever been in a bad movie? Probably not, because she has that ability to make the hard to watch eminently watchable. Here she plays the part of a bourgeois woman in a physical & mental duel with an apparent stranger. Various themes are explored - the bond that develops between antagonists; arbitrary sexual attraction; revenge.
