This documentary is a real eye opener. More films like this should be available. Definately worth a watch if you are interested in African American issues/History

As a UK citizen I watched this in disbelief that a supposedly civilised country could treat it's people in this manner, and even more so that their fellow countrymen could allow this to happen. I am no liberal, but what kind of person would not be disgusted by this? It is hardly a surprise that the US is so reviled by much of the world.

  • An interesting documentary about a gross injustice.

A documentary about a story that is only too common in America - the institutionalised racist system that is the prison system. A film similar to the classic documentary entitled 14 Days In May about Edward Earl Johnson who served on death row before being executed on very little evidence against him (but much to support his innocence that got ignored by the racist police). This is a good documentary but if you want a truly great documentary try to seek out 14 Days In May. If you manage to find it you are very lucky to have done so as I cannot find it anywhere since having watched it many many years ago on television.
