Incendiary

Based on Chris Cleave's electrifying novel, INCENDIARY is the story of a promiscuous adulteress (Michelle Williams - BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN, HALLOWEEN H20) who becomes wracked with guilt after her husband and son are killed during a bomb blast at a football game while she was having an illicit encounter with a man - Jasper (Ewan McGregor (TRAINSPOTTING, MOULIN ROUGE) - she picked up in a pub. Matters complicate further when the young mother becomes involved with Terrence (Matthew MacFayden (ENIGMA, PRIDE AND PREJUDICE), the policeman in charge of the investigation into the bombing. Hurt and betrayed, Jasper begins his own investigation and soon discovers that Terrence harbours some shocking secrets himself...

clue in title - explosive

i only heard of this film by chance, and i am so glad i saw it. the film drags you in and you go through a journey of many emotions. you will be sad and happy. the story is tragic however there is careful humour and wonderful performances by all. it plays on the paranoid world we live in but at the same time shows hope.

THIS IS AN OK FILM AND COULD BE BASED ON FUTURE EVENTS AND IT DOES REALLY MAKE YOU FEEL BAD,BUT IF YOU WANT MY ADVICE STAY CLEAR AND GO FOR A WALK DOWN TO PUB LOL OR RENT SOMETHING ELSE.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
