    [Highly rated reviewer]

Caron Keating interviews three alternative practitioners about their area of expertise, and this is followed by exercises from the practitioners. The areas covered are; meditation, sound therapy and chi yoga. Personally I didn't find it particularly helpful as it doesn't cover anything in any degree of depth. However it is an interesting introduction to the areas covered, Caron Keating is engaging and it's worth a look.

  • Excellent Introduction to relaxation techniques

This is a fantastic beginners guide to three relaxation techniques.

Starts with three short interviews then goes into 20-30 minute practice sessions of meditation, yoga and shakra sounds.

I am off to buy the disk for myself as I found it very helpful when watched twice a day for half an hour.
