Eye candy with a decent plot

This film was better than expected with stunning scenery, very attractive stars and a decent plot. If you are a big fan of either Jessica Alba or Paul Walker it is essential viewing. While the acting isn't brilliant, and it's never going to win any oscars, the plot does have a few interesting twists and there are several moral dilemmas that you end up thinking through yourself about what you would do in that position. If you want a film which is pretty easy to watch with eye candy (in swimwear for most of the film - well it is hot in the bahamas!) for both sexes then this film is well worth a look.

Worth a watch

Saw this one at the flicks last week and was quite suprised at the twists and turns. It was beautiful scenery and bodies, with a touch of humour and some big bad sharks. It has a hint of dark vs evil as it questions whether you would give up everything for the one you love..... even it was worth a packet.

Nice Breaststroke

In the unlikely event that a sequel to 'Into The Blue' is being planned I would like to suggest that the plot and supporting cast are ditched and instead we just have Jessica Alba swimming around in a bikini.

A weak story line (with predictable 'twists') and some pretty shallow characters will probably ensure that this film lives short in the memory but it serves its purpose as light entertainment and you could definitely rent worse. The 'wish you were here' factor and some nice ocean shots help to make this movie watchable.

INTO THE BLUE

Not bad. A reasonably unaction packed film until the last 15 minutes when it got going quite well.

However ,the story needed to be dragged on probably.Might have been a bit better with more action in the film as opposed to end of film.

Very enjoyable film

Stunning cinematography in the underwater scenes. A good story and characters. Enjoyed by all who watched

not bad at all

too be quite honest it was a lot better than i was expecting.lots of lingering shots of alba in her skimpys & people holding their breath for an awful long time. four stars

Who Knows What's Really Under The Water?

This film has actually shocked me its really entertaining!! There is a strong story and a very good plot. The characters are at times very bland and 1 dimensional but at other times they seem pretty real. The 1st hour or so isn’t filled with that much action/adventure but it really does heat up near the end! This film has shocked me at how brutally gory (in certain shots) it can be, especially for a 15 rating! The main aspects about this film are Jessica Alba (for obvious reasons), the decent story, twists and characters. Overall it’s a film that I ended up liking even thought it looked kind of the opposite on the packaging.

Hmmmmmm

From a Man's point of view, it is well worth the watch for the first hour, (lots of shots of Jessica Alba in her bikini!!), But the actual film was very poor. With a very weak, over done plot.

Great to escape here!

Never really expected greatness from this flick, but I was quite suprised to find I enjoyed it. First of all, I have already up'd the rating 1 star as it has Jesicca Alba in it, and in a bikini! The plot was simple yet it was pulled off with a certain amount of style and all in all it was quite convincing. So if you fancy something to escape to, with beautiful scenery and lots of beautiful people in it then give it a whirl and I doubt you will be disappointed.
