Raj is a handsome, smart, go-getter, popular DJ by profession. He has the confidence that he can manage any situation and in managing, everything gets mismanaged. Once while managing his mismanaging he meets Rashmi by chance. Rashmi is daughter of a rich industrialist Mr. Singhania. Her life is also upside down as she has challenged her father that she would get a job worth $5000/- per month withing a month. Now she is having the taste of life for the first time in her life. Here Raj's boss Talwar wants him to marry his daughter Tina, but Tina loves Sanju who is Raj's best friend. But Talwar hates Sanju. Confused? Well that's what Iqraar - By Chance is all about.
