(501)Long, loud and witless
By Jim_E (17 reviews) , 18 Jun 2013[Highly rated reviewer]
But then so are most recent movies. Hollywood producers need to ask themselves what the point is in hiring a really good actor, like Downey, and then denying him the chance to speak a single line (or at least, one that's audible over the soundtrack of more-or-less continuous explosions). And Downey might ask himself whether he *really* needs the money.- Was this review helpful to you?

Appauling Movie... TOO LONG!!
By WatchinDaMovies (11 reviews) , 04 Jun 2013This is a horrible movie. Filled with cliches and annoying stereotypes, I really disliked this movie. Not to mention that it is unbearably long. I was so bored of the movie after over an hour in, so I checked to see how much was left, only to find I was not even halfway through. Didn't finish, couldn't bare it. The film did however show some cool effects and the action scenes were quite well done. Everything else about this movie was appauling.- Was this review helpful to you?

Very average
By Jantb (2 reviews) , 03 May 2013Very average. I watched this because I hadn't seen Iron Man 2 and wanted to go and see Iron Man 3. Having watched this, now I'm not sure I can be bothered to see Iron Man 3. I know this is based on a comic book hero, but the main characters (Stark and Hammer) shouldn't be comical. The plot was poor. Mickey Rouke was the only creditable actor there.- Was this review helpful to you?

IM1 the better movie
By Routemaster (87 reviews) from Cambridge , 24 Apr 2013Sometimes sequel's don't hit the mark and this one did in parts but felt it was not as good as the first installment of Iron Man. Felt the plot was hard to get too engrossed by and didn't really get going in the same way as IM1. OK hence the average rating, but wouldn't go out of my way to see this again.- Was this review helpful to you?
