    Country superstar Kenny Rogers refused to appear in his forthcoming movie, as he's convinced he is too ill to appear on camera. The Islands In The Stream singer wrote the book Christmas In Canaan, which has been turned into a film starring Billy Ray Cyrus. And the 71 year old admits he vowed to stay behind the camera because of a number of ailments he is suffering from. He says, âMy body is falling apart.
