A must for any Simpsons fanBy Adam James from Leicestershire, England , 17 Feb 2004
[Highly rated reviewer]A brilliantly funny movie for a rainy afternoon. Slapstick at its best. Genre matches that of The Cannonball Run and The Wacky Races. A must for any Simpsons fan: the conclusion of series 1F09 - 'Homer the Vigilante' - makes over a dozen references to it!

great fun!By graham cuming from london uk , 02 Feb 2006my own personal favourite in this comedy of epic proportions is phil silvers.
his fast-talking antics and dirty tricks are sublime and i loved the bit where he screams with rage as his car sinks in a river.
the appalling 'rat race' was a total rip-off of this movie, so make sure you see the original and best first.
Old but goodBy a customer from Bedford , 20 Jan 2006Still one of my favourite American comedy films.
A host of holiwood greats looking much younger.
worth watching if only for the starsBy a customer from manchester , 04 Nov 2005Mad it certainley is. The jokes are old but still able to raise a laugh. Quirky - definately. When did you last watch a black screen for 5 mins with the word intermission written across it? Loads of stars in it, with Phil Silvers trying to outshine Spencer Tracy and Terry Thomas. Pure escapism.
Absolutely great comedyBy a customer from Bristol , 03 Nov 2005a really great film that had all the laughs it needed and a few more. a bundle of joy, except for the seemingly pointless culpepper bits. Watch out for the first introduction!
Excellent, HilariousBy a customer from Bucks, England , 26 Oct 2005Great. Not a dull moment.
