Great Series
By VirginSurgeon (9 reviews) from Feltham , 27 Dec 2005[Highly rated reviewer]
Great stuff. I've always been a fan of old comedies series and this was very funny. Why can't they make comedies like this one that still make you laugh after nearly 30 yrs?- Was this review helpful to you?

(6)Windsor Davies
By Labdog (39 reviews) , 03 Sep 2011I could watch this classic British comedy series over and over again for decades and no doubt will. Windsor Davies really makes It Ain't Half Hot Mum something to watch, the other actors as a support. Micheal Knowles is a bit useless.- Was this review helpful to you?

More top 70s comedy
By John from Southampton , 05 Dec 2005Just as good as series 1. Michael Bates as Ranji the bearer is superbly funny. The one extra feature on this disc is the 1975 Top of the Pops performance of Whispering Grass by Windsor Davies and Don Estelle.- Was this review helpful to you?
