James Bond: Agent Under Fire

Who hasnt watched a James Bond film and dreamt about being the suave super spy themselves? Agent Under Fire is the first time PlayStation 2 owners get to be 007, and experience all the excitement and danger the fictional hero faces.

Agent Under Fire is a first-person shooter with an original storyline that covers new territory in the James Bond universe. In this game, players take on the criminal mastermind Malprave, head of a terrorist organisation that is hellbent on taking over the world. With the help of Zoe Nightshade and Qs gadgets, its time to save the world once again.

What Bond game or film would be complete without hi-tech gadgets and weaponry? Agent Under Fire doesnt disappoint. Use lasers to burn through locks and all manner of gadgets to scramble enemy communications. Using miniature surveillance devices will allow you to scope enemy territory and then decide on the most effective way forward.

Throughout the game, there are several car-based scenes to add variety to the gameplay. Drive exotic 007-inspired cars at ludicrous speeds through beautifully rendered scenery.

Agent Under Fire, plays well, looks well and features some great set-pieces. Its worth buying this game for the virtual license to kill alone.
