By a customer from UK , 23 Jun 2008I rented the movie because we like Aishwarya Rai. Having seen her other more recent titles, this movie is actually her fifth. Made in 1998 with a young Aishawarya, not only the acting but alos the script of the film let down the viewer of this over two hours movie!
Their acting is amateurish, the lines are broken and often sensless and pointless and you really expect that the next chapters will bring more sensible development to the action...
Not mentioning the "miracle" twist in the brain tumor operation!
Every actor has its beginnings and strugglings, but when the script is poor too, the ensemble is a flop! Sorry, Ash!- Was this review helpful to you?

Good way to kill time
By a customer from London, England , 31 Jan 2007Ok so its not an awesome movie, but its a decent way to kill a free evening...The dubbing needed serious work, and the plot verges on lame at times, but the songs are fun, the concept is not awful and it could have been much much worse! If you have unlimited rentals, I'd get this one just so you can make up your own mind on it! (I'm told it works much better in the original Tamil and when compared to tamil films, ranks amongst the better ones...) :-)- Was this review helpful to you?

Beautiful Song Locations
