I only rented this for a laugh and didn't expect much from it.

Well, turns out it made me laugh for all the right reasons. It's a quirky and amusing zombie tale that is just a bit different from other zombie tales I've watched - and I've watched a few of them...!!!

The characters are all a bit unhinged (but charmingly so...in their own way...) and the predicaments they get into are pretty surreal, but go with it. It's light-hearted and there are some clever touches and unexpected laugh-out-loud moments.

    I liked it!!

Excellent Zombie comedy Cuba style. If you don't mind the subtitles it is well made. They must have asked the whole town to take part as zombies

Fab film, if you dont mind subtitles rent this. Its not the usual run of the mill zombie movie all gore and guts etc. It is a light hearted look at the issue, the government and media try and cover up the outbreak sayng it is dissidents who are trying to bring chaos to Havana. Some funny moments, good characters and really daft moments. Good for a laugh film.

Shaun of the Dead no, but a fun little flick nonetheless. The plot, well you can guess that, the run of play, no real surprises there either; the final act: hmm. I liked it. Hammy and lacking the production values which we may be used to, this little nasty wings along and, well I think anyway, tells some nice human stories on the way. Bravo.

  • Usual zombie movie, in Spanish. Boring.

Groudbreaking! They must have watched a different film. I only got this film because I was looking for something different from the usual zombie movie. The only thing different is that it's in Cuba and turns into gay porn. I stopped watching at that point, so maybe that's what they mean by ground breaking
