(11)Exceptional Justice Series
By Chrisaljack (321 reviews) from Hellingly , 02 Jul 2012The Judge John Deed series is one of the best courtroom series that has ever been made for TV, without any doubt whatsoever. Martin Shaw is absolutely brilliant as the Judge, Jenny Seagrove is absolutely delightful as his love interest. What is particularly important to remember is that while each episode is a story unto itself, it is the underlying love story and the constant battle between the Judge and the Lord Chancellor's Office that develops over the whole series that really makes the Judge John Deed series exceptional. Watch this from Series 1, Episode 1!- Was this review helpful to you?
