On their way to a boxing match, Frank and John Wyatt and their friends get off the expressway in the worst part of town to avoid a traffic jam. But they're definitely not in Kansas any more when they cross paths with a psychotic drug lord, Fallon, who kills one of his subordinates right before their eyes - and wants no witnesses. Soon, an innocent evening's fun has turned into a deadly, nail-biting game of cat and mouse through Chicago's asphalt jungle, as each layer of civilization is stripped away and they must rely on their animal instincts, and each other, to survive judgment night.

    wrong turn?

    I first saw this film not long after it was released and it grabbed my attention then. Its about 4 guys on there way to a boxing match who get stuck in a traffic jam... so they decide to take a detour off the freeway and what follows is compelling and intense veiwing. i would recommend this film very highly and say to all the people who still rate cuba and emilio as bad actors to take a look and eat your words!!!!

    Top Movie

    It may be getting on a bit now but this movie is brilliant.

    I would recommend this to anyone but especially 80's movie fans as it has some top actors from the decade.
