By a customer from London , 01 Dec 2006Well, After seeing this movie I have to say that the movie does live upto its expectations. It has a catchy storyline, good acting by Fardeen Khan, Urmila and Sunil Shetty (its a shame that he dies at the end though) and has some good songs aswell. Usually storylines are so predicatable and can be very boring, but if your into a bit a suspense and a bit of Masala, then go for it! You wont at all be disapointed.- Was this review helpful to you?

One of the better
By a customer from London , 05 Feb 2005This is one of the new breed of Bollywood films -- it isn't a rehash of Romeo and Juliet, but a rather less convoluted storyline - a woman is kidnapped and her boyfriend tries to rescue her from her captors. By a customer from liverpool , 23 Jan 2005the plot is based on the sandalwood smuggler Veerappan who was evading the police net before he was shot, the film is interesting. the climax is a downer. the script is fast paced and the technical department is brilliant ( camera,art direction,sound). the film sags in the second half.
this film resurrected Fardeen khan. Urmila has nothing to do in the film. Rajpal yadav dazzles in a brief role. Sushant as the dacoit doesnt impress. Himanshu plays the suitor of Urmila and disappears in the middle.
Songs are watchable.
