Brilliant film
By a customer from Staines , 24 Dec 2008[Highly rated reviewer]
Shah Rukh Khan has mentioned in a interview (Koffee with Karan), his Best movie he made is Kabhie Haan Kabhie Naa. I Believe this is a great Movie, not his Best, but completely underrated. For the first time in Bollywood, i finally saw a change, a movie about a guy who loves the girl dearly, but has to realise she loves someone else, but he is not ready to accept this. The movie is very heart warming and light hearted with a mix of comedy and romance. Shah Rukh Khan delivers a Fantastic Performance of his career. This movie ranks among His Greatest Movies. Others include Dilwale Dulhania Lejayenge (Being the Best), Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kuch Kuch hota hai, Baazigar, Chaahat, Darr, Anjaam, Kal ho na ho etc. Deepak Tijori suits in a small role as usual like in Sadak, Jo jeeta wohi Sikandar and Khiladi. The actress is unknown and long forgotten. The movie is a Big Time entertainer..- Was this review helpful to you?

1st taste of Bollywood
By Zamy (552 reviews) from London , 02 Oct 2008If Bollywood is the poor relation of Hollywood then one of the main reasons for that must be the relatively poor production values. (I have recently heard that their technicians are on strike so low renumeration must also be a problem). I have been to India and there is clearly a major appetite for escapist movies and this fills the bill admirably. Shahrukh Khan is an attractive performer (not sure if actor would be the right word) and family entertainment is probably the best way to describe the film. Not your average western family, however. India itself has a huge market to satisfy and if the formula works why change it? Hollywood also has the same philosophy it's just that the market is different.- Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent
By a customer from Southampton , 18 Jan 2008KHKN is a delightful low budget family comedy. Shahrukh Khan gives his greatest performance as the loveable Sunil. The film has an innocent charm to it and doesn't rely on exotic foreign locations and cheap special effects. An excellent family entertainer with some catchy songs.- Was this review helpful to you?
