..and on. I was not bowled over by the music however some of the landscape scenes were beautiful. The story line seemed silly and in the end, not worth the wait and the thunder used to punctuate any strong words became laughable.
I did not particulary warm to the characters and for many reasons, the actress Kajol, annoys me in any film with her over the top, contorted expressions; over emphasised, jarring movements and shouting. Thank goodness Shah Rukh Khan can hold up any film and Amitabh Bachchan has great on screen presence. It is watchable but not memorable.

A £34 million investment scheme aimed at encouraging Bollywood film-makers to work in the Midlands city of Leicester has been given the endorsement of the UK government. The launch of the scheme will offer investors the chance to benefit from tax-relief incentives when backing up to 10 films made in the city. Leicester is seen as attractive due to its large Indian community, consisting of 25 per cent of the city's population. Patricia Hewitt, trade and industry secretary, will launch the... Read more
