Superb and unpredictable mystery thriller that will knock you for six

This was a superb mystery suspense thriller about a pregnant women from London looking for her missing husband in Kolkata where he was on a business trip but never came back from. It rolls like a great detective thriller which knocks you for sixes along the way.
The acting is superb with delightfully subtle performances from the main leads and some nice little comic relief coming mainly from a clueless police chief. The editing is strangely choppy but you you can taste and smell the culture of the location which is beautifully captured.
I wont say anymore about the story, the fun is in its unravelling. Its so refreshing to see a film that isnt cliched and predictable. Although this is a Bollywood film, its devoid of any song and dances. This is proper straight storytelling and I really recommend this to anyone who love a good quality suspense mystery. I guarantee you wont predict how this will pan out.- Was this review helpful to you?

Great thriller

Very good movie with lot of suspense. Good acting by Vidhya and other performers. Good depiction of Kolkota life. A must watch, although some cynics may say climax is picked from english movie.- Was this review helpful to you?

Unusual for a Bollywood storyline - captivating thriller, with a twist.

The cynic in me would wonder if the story-line was plaguerised / inspired by a western / holywood story - however, I cannot confirm that, therefore, will just summise - although it would be a great reveal if this is an original concept.- Was this review helpful to you?

exciting thriller
