Disturbing.

For those of you who enjoy watching crime stories, you should find this movie quite gripping.
If only for the reason that the crimes committed by these two were quite horrific, and made all the worse by the fact that this is based on a true story.

By showpony (22 reviews) from Peterborough , 12 Jun 2011I only rented this movie because im a huge Misha Collins fan, not my type of film at all, it was quite disturbing, very violent, not excatly light viewing. How any women could ever be sick enough to watch her husband rape and kill girls is beyond me. Saying that it's a must for Misha Collins fans, even though at times it was hard to keep watching.- Was this review helpful to you?

Slightly Disappointed

A deeply distrubing movie...

I really enjoyed this movie not what I imadgened at all, it is quite emotional and heavy for a movie, it has a lot of sex and violence in it so if you easily offended then dont watch this. Misha plays the role very well and is highly convincing. Overall I would recommened this movie to anyone who likes crime movies.- Was this review helpful to you?

By keith littleworth from Nottingham , 16 May 2009I was quite dissapointed with this. Although based on horiffic real events, it plays out very safe. The acting is quite poor at times and is directed in such a way that all of the attacks are cropped and nothing is overly graphic. Hardly an 18 rated movie. It really does have a made for tv feel about it. As a matter of fact it shouldn't be long before it turns up at 9pm on the Hallmark channel.- Was this review helpful to you?

The subject matter is awful, and really does go to show that there are some very very sick people out there!
Being objective, I thought Prepon was excellent, espically in her conversations with the prison shrink.
Not one to sit down and watch over and over, espically with the missus but interesting in the overall context of the criminal mind.- Was this review helpful to you?
