Atmaram (Kadar Khan) is a greedy and selfish man, who has no qualms about exploiting even his own children in the pursuit of wealth. He has two sons, Vijay (Raj Kiran) and Ravi (Govinda). Vijay faithfully obeys his father and never objects to the indignities and oppression that he is subjected to. But Ravi realizes that in order to survive, he has to keep a distance from the shady activities of his father. Ravi falls in love with Radha (Juhi Chawla) and begins to rebel against his father. Vijay, meanwhile, overburdened and grief-stricken, succumbs to a fatal heart attack. Atmaram now wakes up to reality ... This dramatic film is written and directed by Vimal Kumar and has music composed by Rajesh Roshan. The star cast includes Shoma Anand and Bharat Bhushan.
