Good film

watchable film with few good numbers. Film is let down by Hamish's sub standard acting in few scenes.- Was this review helpful to you?

(3)Stick to 1970 version
By a customer from London, England , 25 May 2009Apart from signature tune, this film has no inspiring or good quality songs and the leads lack charisma. Lacks impact of original - stick to the 1970 version.- Was this review helpful to you?

karzzz has its own style and is totally entertaining
By a customer from Birmingham , 01 Nov 2008You must watch it with an open mind rather than comparing it to the original. Himesh has his own style of acting and the focuss is very much on him being a rock star. One can see improvement in his acting since Aap ka suroor where he prety much plays himself.
Newcomer Shweta Kumar is average and a pretty face. Urmila definatly steels the show with her stunning outfits and glamorous looks (yet ive never been a fan of Urmila) she shines in the film. The dialogues could have been better however the chemistry between Urmila and Himesh keeps one glued to the screen.
The songs are very catchy with great lyrics and rhythm. This would make a good musical theatre production.
Its an entertaining film all around and himesh and urmila fans will not be let down.- Was this review helpful to you?
