Harry Enfield takes his finest comic creations — the hormonally charged teenage boys Kevin and Perry (played by Enfield and Kathy Burke) — and successfully expands them from a five-minute sketch into a feature-length movie. Here the spotty twosome descend on an unsuspecting Ibiza, where they hope to become top DJs and, in doing so, attract loads of ladies. Ed Bye's film zips along thanks to Burke's hilarious leering and disgusting adventures that make There's Something about Mary look like Mary Poppins. There's also deliciously daft support from Rhys Ifans as top DJ Eye Ball Paul and Laura Fraser as the Essex girl who falls for Enfield's charms.
Coarse and smutty comedy, using characters familiar from TV comedy sketches, where they did not so quickly wear out their welcome.
This film was dire. It was a one joke sketch stretched out for over an hour. This might amuse eleven year old boys and simple chavs but if you want to watch something funny pass this by. Juvenile, poorly written about as funny as a broken leg - AVOID
if you have teenage children or a good memory..this film is a great big piece of fun wrapped up in a disk
