I'm sure this would have been an excellent dvd except for the fact that it wasn't in English, worse still there are no subtitles. So i'm afraid its a no no for anyone trying his or her hand at Indian cuisine unless you're Indian of course.

English Subtitles?? Yeah Right!!

Not an english subtitle in site. Sure it would have been good if I could understand what was going on.

If you follow the receipes completely you will be able to reproduce the dishes as they should be, taste, look, aroma and all.

.....make that the only language!

No sub-titles or dubbing. Just try following these without being fluent in Hindi!!
