There have been so many versions of this classic story, including Disney, but despite Caines' very suspect accent, this is pretty good. Unlike other versions this includes parts of Catriona and keeps fairly close to the book. The haunting music with the title theme sung by Mary Hopkin is worth renting the DVD on its own. Definitely one to add to your list.
