This undemanding picture proves that Arnold Schwarzenegger can do comedy, providing he doesn't try too hard. As the cop forced to teach toddlers while searching for a crook's missing son, Arnie is at his best jousting with the little tykes (surprisingly few of whom have gone on to become major child stars). The romance with Penelope Ann Miller is less convincing, but not over-intrusive. Richard Tyson and Carroll Baker make almost pantomimic baddies, but this isn't really a children's film and parents should keep the channel-changer handy for the more violent bits.

Arnies best funny film apart from Twins

Arnie has to work at a kindergarden school when he is really a play it tough cop, that is this film in a nutshell. watch as the kids make mincemeat out of him at first until he warms to them like a big softy and becomes a good kindergrden teacher.

Plenty of laughs , Arnies acting is awful as the norm but his performance always seems to pull it off.

One to watch with the misses!!!!!

This Sporting Life: What Happens When Sports Heroes Act Up? Eric Cantona and Ken Loach. These are not names you would immediately put together. One is a multi-millionaire (surely?) ex footballer, revered by millons of fans; and French. The other is a proud socialist from middle-England (Nuneaton), who has rejected the big money offers; his films are admired but by a relatively small number of committed film buffs. What's more, Ken Loach is a dedicated supporter of Bath FC. I'm guessing there... Read more
