Gripping moving tale! Loved it!By Terry McCann from Swansea , 18 Jan 2007
[Highly rated reviewer]Who ever came up with the idea to fuse 2 mega enterprises such as Disney and final fantasy is a GENIUS! I have been waiting 2 years for the next instalment that kept me gripped cut scene after cut scene. And it was well worth the wait! I almost could not put down the controller, fear of becoming some form of social recluse was setting in about 25 hours in to the game. But to be honest this is not the type of game you can just put down. It runs like you are watching the best Disney film ever made, featuring all your favourite characters from past and present with some classic characters from the final fantasy series. Kingdom Hearts 2 brings back all the standard battle sequence you saw in the first with new summons and forms, allowing different power ups and attacks depending on your level. This heart warming tale of friendship and courage is guaranteed to please any one. Far more challenging and superior than the first.

Unsure to get it??By Gabsy91 (3 reviews) , 15 Sep 2011What an awesome game, I fell in love with the first one, being so exciting and thrilling throughout. This adds so much story from the first one, making it totally epic! The only problem I'd have with this one is that the beginning is a little slow, but maybe that's just how it was intended so the end would be so epic. 10/10!!! I completed it in 40 hours, took me 3 days because I just couldn't stop playing. I Highly! recommend it, Have fun!
The Best KH!By Rikkx (16 reviews) from Redcar , 18 Apr 2011The first KH game I would class as the greatest Disney Game ever made, as well as one of the greatest from Squaresoft. That was until I played the second game, which can be simply classed as 'EPIC'.
The storyline is great, it more than expands on the story of the first game and has many new characters to meet. The beginning is slightly confusing, especially if you haven't played the DS Kingdom Hearts, but everything is gradually explained.
The gameplay is excellent, it took me around 25 hours to complete, which is a great sign for a game (I had FFX completed within 35 hours), especially when even modern titles are a lot shorter. The Drive Gauge system is amazing, it opens up a whole new level of fighting and gives those long fights a nice flare of awesomeness!
All in all this is a great game and well worth playing for over 20 hours! It isn't so much a young childrens game, so my children wont be getting their hands on this until they hit about 10.
Game value!By DaffodilDawn (12 reviews) from Wales , 14 Nov 2010Took me over 40 hours to complete this game = although I did pick the beginners version (2 other options available are standard and experienced play) Still not too easy, which is what I wanted this time - but very absorbing. A LOT of talking and story scenes, but a good story with a very heart felt moral - play on words intended! You can skip these scenes if you don't want to follow the whole story, but they are worth watching and make the game play more multi-layered. Lovely mix of characters and Disney stories - Aladdin, Winnie the Pooh, Beauty and the Beast & Lion King...very enjoyable and playable for all ages and abilities. Would HEARTILY RECOMMEND!!! :0)
Kingdom Hearts SynopsisBy a customer from Leeds , 20 Dec 2008
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHideSet 2 years after the original 'Kingdom Hearts' game began, it's sequel is bigger, better and a lot more fun!
Sora, Donald and Goofy are back and must battle all manner of creatures as they try to find Riku and King Mickey. From heartless to nobodies, Organization XIII to Sephiroth, the team must battle them all and maybe find time to return home. Free-roam gummi ship flight and all-new characters make this a great improvement on it's predecessor; a must-rent, if not a must-buy!!
Worlds include: Twilight Town, Hollow Baston, Hallowe'en Town, Pride Lands, Atlantica, Agrabah and many more...
