Veteran director Ramesh Sippy acts as producer on his son Rohan's debut feature, which piles one romantic comedy cliché upon another yet still manages to amuse. Abhishek Bachchan (himself the son of a Bollywood legend) stars as an Indian-American who returns to Mumbai for a family wedding only to find himself ensnared in his mother Suhasini Mulay's plot to find him a bride. However, he inevitably falls for the one woman who isn't interested in him, matchmaker Aishwarya Rai. The script contains some droll asides on clashing Hindi cultures, but it's the banter between Bachchan and Rai that makes this tick.

    Grow Up

Another disappointment. Acting I should say is good. Abhishek is becoming a mature and comfortable actor. But what an old and kiddish storyline. If Aishwarya was a heartbroken mother of one, then why was he roaming around with Abhishek in knee high dresses in the nightclubs?

Another movie with classical bollywood paradox, with acteresses being a nymph before intermission and bechari biwi after it.

    An excellent viewing...

...Yes, it truly was a great film to watch, with good songs/dances and a good storyline! Got some good twists aswell - I'd recommend it any day!
